Yes. Roof inspections and estimates are free. We photograph what we find and walk you through the photos before we recommend anything.
What happens during a roof inspection?
We check the shingles or flat-roof membrane, the flashing around chimneys, vents and walls, the gutters and roof edge, and the attic or ceilings for signs of leaks where we can reach them. Then we show you the photos and explain what needs attention now and what can wait.
Should I repair my roof or replace it?
It depends on the roof’s age and how widespread the problems are. A leak at a single piece of flashing or a few missing shingles is usually a repair, while worn shingles across the whole roof, soft decking or repeated leaks point toward replacement. We give you an honest recommendation with photos to back it up.
How long does a roof replacement take?
It depends on the size and pitch of the roof, the weather and what we find under the old roofing. On many homes the work takes anywhere from a day to a few days, and we can give you a better idea for your roof after the inspection.
