Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically handles basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and keep it secure.

How requests are stored and sent
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you send a form, your request is processed on Cloudflare’s servers, and a backup copy is saved in Cloudflare’s data storage so your request isn’t lost if an email fails.
We use Resend, an email delivery service, to send your request to our business inbox and to send your confirmation email. From there, your request lives in our business email account, which we use to follow up with you.
These companies handle your information on our behalf so they can provide their services to us.
Spam protection
Our forms use simple built-in checks, such as a hidden field that people never see but automated bots often fill in.
Analytics and cookies
We don’t currently use analytics tools on this website. If we add them, we’ll update this policy.
Our website doesn’t set its own cookies to track you. Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technology that is strictly needed for security.
When we share information
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with other companies for their marketing.
We share information only:
- With the service providers described above (Cloudflare and Resend) so they can run our website, forms and email.
- When the law requires it, such as a valid court order or subpoena.
- When needed to protect the safety, rights or property of our customers, our business or others.
How long we keep it
We keep form requests for up to 12 months and then delete them, unless you become a customer. The backup copy saved with Cloudflare is deleted automatically after 12 months.
If you become a customer, we keep the records we need for your project, such as your contact details, estimates and invoices, for as long as we need them for the work, billing and our legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. This website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and only the people who need your request to help you can see it. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive information, like payment card numbers, through our forms.
Children’s privacy
Our website is meant for adults looking for roofing services. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Your choices
You can:
- Ask what information we have about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it. If you’re a customer, we may need to keep some records, as explained above.
- Skip the form entirely and call us instead.
