Do you repair and replace flat roofs?
Yes. We work on EPDM rubber, TPO and modified bitumen flat roofs on rowhomes, additions and commercial buildings. Where the existing roof is still sound, a roof coating may be an option.
Can you provide photos of storm damage for my insurance claim?
Yes. We photograph storm damage during the inspection, so you have photo documentation for your insurance claim. Your insurance company decides what your policy covers, so check with them about your claim.
Do you provide roof certification letters?
Yes. We inspect the roof, photograph its condition and provide your roof certification letter. If we find problems, we show you the photos and explain what needs attention.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. We repair and replace commercial roofs, including churches and apartment buildings, with TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, roof coatings and metal. We plan the work around your hours and the people using the building.
Do you install gutters and siding too?
Yes. We install and repair seamless gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, soffit, fascia and siding. Doing that work alongside the roof means the roof edge, flashing and drainage are built to work together.
Do you repair slate roofs?
Yes. We replace cracked, slipped or missing slates and repair the flashing around them. Slate is found on many older homes and churches around Baltimore, and a careful repair can often keep it on the roof.
