Our commitment
BRC Construction LLC wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, screen magnifiers or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we’ve done
We built accessibility into the site from the start:

Keyboard access
You can reach every link, menu, form field, FAQ answer and photo viewer with a keyboard, and a visible outline shows where you are.

Readable contrast
Text and important controls are designed to meet WCAG AA color contrast levels, including on our dark and red sections.

Text alternatives
Photos have short descriptions (alt text), and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers. We don’t publish videos right now; if we add them, they’ll have captions.

Clear structure and forms
Pages use headings, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link. Every form field has a visible label, required fields are marked, and error messages explain what to fix.

Reduced motion and a pause button
If your device is set to reduce motion, we turn off scrolling effects and animations. The 3D house animation on our home page has a pause button.

A still-image alternative
When motion is reduced, WebGL isn’t available or Data Saver is on, the home page shows a still illustration of the house instead of the 3D animation.
Known limitations
- The 3D house animation on the home page is decorative. Screen readers get a short text description of it instead of the animation itself.
- Links to our Facebook and Instagram pages open those sites, which have their own accessibility features and limitations.
We keep reviewing the site as we add pages and photos, and we fix problems as we find them.
