Siding is your home’s rain jacket. Together with the housewrap and flashing behind it, it keeps wind-driven rain away from the wall sheathing, framing and insulation. Siding questions
Should I repair or replace my siding?
If the damage is limited to a few panels and the wall behind them is dry, a repair usually makes sense. Widespread cracking, warping, fading or soft sheathing points toward replacement, and we show you photos so you can decide.
Can you match my existing siding?
We match color and profile as closely as available products allow. Older or faded siding can be hard to match exactly, so we talk with you about the options before any panels go up.
What is the difference between vinyl and insulated vinyl siding?
Insulated vinyl has rigid foam bonded to the back of each panel. The foam makes the siding stiffer and straighter on the wall and adds some insulation.
Why would a roofing contractor install siding?
